Getting started
FlightlogBackup serves individual pilots, maintenance technicians, and aviation companies. Pilots and technicians can use a personal logbook and certificate tracking. Companies add crew management, operations, quality management, and compliance modules on top.
Yes. Pilots not connected to a company can use a free Pilot account. Premium upgrades are available for additional features via the iOS or Android app.
Contact us to book a demo of Crew Management, Mission Management, Safety & Compliance, and related tools. Use the contact form and choose "Company demo".
Yes. After signing in, pilots can import logbook data from supported formats under Logbook → Import. If you are unsure whether your export is supported, contact support with a sample file.
Accounts & access
Yes. Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Use your real name and keep your contact details up to date.
When you are connected to a company, some profile and operational data is shared with people managing the relevant modules — for example flight times, duty records, or documents required for your role. You can control visibility for some items under Settings → Account.
Log in and open a support ticket under Support → Contact, or email support@flightlogbackup.com. Deleting your account removes access via the website and mobile apps. Some company-related records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Billing & subscriptions
Company modules are invoiced on 30-day terms. Modules are paid in advance for the chosen subscription period. Recurring invoices can be set up so your account stays online when a period ends.
Premium for individuals is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Play Store account.
If a company subscription period ends without renewal, access to paid modules may be restricted until the next period is paid. Recurring invoicing can be enabled to avoid interruption.
You may return an order within 14 days of delivery by emailing billing@flightlogbackup.com. Refunds are processed as soon as possible and within 30 days where applicable. App Store and Play Store purchases follow the store's refund policies.
Security & privacy
Account data is stored on secured servers behind a firewall. Passwords are encrypted, and sensitive information is transmitted over SSL. Databases and uploaded files are backed up on a regular schedule.
