Safety reporting for aviation operators: crew report from the web or the app, and your safety team follows every report through to closure, with risk, ownership, and status always visible.
Modular pricing — pay only for what you switch on.
On the web or in the app, even without signal.
Crew submit safety reports from the web or the FlightlogBackup app on their phone. In the app, a report can be written offline and is sent when the phone is back online. Attach photos and files, save a draft to finish later, report anonymously to colleagues, or mark a report as confidential.
Ready-to-use EASA forms, plus your own.
Run several report forms side by side. Start from the ready-to-use Flight Safety Report (FSR), based on the mandatory occurrence reporting fields in EU 376/2014, and add your own forms with the fields, categories, and report numbering your organisation uses.
Every report, from intake to close-out.
New reports stay with your safety team until intake. Assign a responsible person and participants, set a deadline, and follow each report through Active, Closing, and Closed, with messages, a read list, and a full track log along the way.
Severity that everyone reads the same way.
Your company sets the risk score on each report, using the EASA risk matrix (ICAO Doc 9859) or a 5×5 severity and probability matrix. Filter and follow up reports by risk band.
Every finding gets a fix.
When a report reaches the risk band your company chooses, root-cause, corrective, and preventive actions become required automatically, each with an owner and a due date. The report cannot be closed until they are done, and the safety officer records a final close-out note.
The right people see the right reports.
Company roles decide who can open new, active, closing, and closed reports, and whether staff can browse reports they are not part of. Each person chooses which report events reach them, by email or in FlightlogBackup on the web and in the app.
See where your reports come from.
Summary reports count your reports by category, station, and aircraft over any period, with an optional month-by-month breakdown. Export any report as a PDF and choose what to include: the report, conclusions, attachments, dialog, track log, and read log.
